As an equity and anti-racism advocate, Dr. Angela Novak has engaged collectively with learners, families, communities, and educators as an inclusion co-teacher, educator of gifted learners in classrooms and specialist roles, coordinator of an enrichment program, central office support, and currently associate professor in gifted education. In her professional work and personal lived experiences she consistently embeds and engages with multilingualism, equity, and belongingness, contributing to her creative productivity in equity, giftedness, and professional learning.
