The California Association for the Gifted has defined the concept of differentiation to respond to the academic, social and emotional traits of gifted students. Opportunities to apply, transfer, extend, innovate, and individualize as we differentiate the core content are represented. This session will provide an opportunity to apply learning from the content-specific sessions to be responsive to the student's needs, interests, and abilities in the teacher’s specific context.
